What is Story?: Story is a prompt-to-storyboard video editor. Start from Templates, Blank, or AI to Video (Help me create), edit scene cards with scripts, then preview and export MP4. Credits are quoted before generate runs.
What is the difference between Templates, Blank, and AI to Video?: Templates are scene-recipe kits with scripts ready. Blank opens an empty project. AI to Video (Help me create) turns a prompt into ≥4 editable scenes with scripts.
Do I need a credit card to try it?: No. The Free plan does not need a card. It is limited, and exports are watermarked. Creator and Studio unlock generation without the watermark.
How do credits work?: Generate quotes credits before you run. Monthly included credits reset with your billing cycle. Credit packs you buy roll until you use them. If the wallet is short, Generate stays off.
What aspect ratios can I use?: 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1. Changing aspect on an episode updates every scene and shot preview in that episode.
Who owns the videos I make?: You own the episodes you create in your workspace. Stock clips, stickers, and fonts keep the licenses of their providers. We attach license metadata to assets we pull in.
How do I get help?: Open Support, or sign in and use Messages. Billing, bugs, and how-to questions all go there.
Can I cancel or change plans?: Yes. Open Account after you sign in. Stripe’s customer portal handles upgrades, packs, and cancellation.
